The day highlights the vital role fish farmers play in ensuring food security, promoting sustainable aquaculture and supporting rural livelihoods across the country.
Virbac, a leading global animal health brand, wanted to make Fish Farmers’ Day more meaningful for its customers across India. While the company traditionally presented mementos, such as framed photographs, to farmers, this method was time-consuming, inconsistent in quality, and difficult to scale. Each region required its own photographer and manual certificate creation, making it inefficient, especially when engaging hundreds of farmers nationwide.
The challenge was to create a unified, scalable, and personalized experience that celebrated fish farmers and reinforced Virbac’s direct customer relationships, all without the logistical hassle of traditional methods.
To streamline the gifting process and create a memorable touchpoint, we designed a simple yet impactful digital certificate generator. This tool allowed field representatives to instantly capture a selfie with the farmer, auto-generate a certificate with their photo and name, and print it on the spot, ready to be framed and gifted immediately.
This solution transformed the moment into something both personal and professional, elevating a routine interaction into a branded experience farmers would cherish.
