MSG represents the third generation of renowned doctors with a legacy in herbal-based treatment solutions. While their foundation lies in clinical wellness, they have diversified into cosmetics, resulting in two distinct verticals:
MSG offers therapeutic skincare solutions grounded in traditional herbal medicine, with a focus on affordability and clinical utility.
Maycare is a premium beauty and cosmetic brand catering to skincare-conscious urban consumers with refined design expectations.
As a fast-growing startup, they required a complete visual and digital ecosystem for both brands, tailored to their unique identities and customer segments.
Our engagement covered the end-to-end brand journey from foundational packaging to premium retail aesthetics, and from digital infrastructure to market readiness.
We developed distinct design and communication for MSG and Maycare, created packaging systems aligned with price positioning and audience expectation, built an online presence for product discovery and sales, generated visuals, videos, and ads for both e-commerce and retail visibility, and ensured readiness for pharmacies, supermarkets, and online platforms like Amazon.
We implemented a split brand strategy that acknowledged the contrast between MSG and Maycare in terms of audience, tone, and presentation.
MSG required cost-effective yet functional packaging and clear educational communication.
Maycare demanded premium packaging and luxury aesthetics for beauty retail and digital lifestyle promotion.
Packing Design
MSG
Focused on efficiency and practicality, MSG’s packaging began with zip lock covers using simple label-based branding. These were ideal for clinics and direct sales, where affordability and clarity were key.
Maycare
In contrast, Maycare’s packaging embraced retail sophistication. We designed fully printed pouches, followed by plastic jars and glass containers for hero products. Every visual element was crafted to signal elegance and target shelf presence in beauty counters and online marketplaces.
This dual brand launch successfully positioned MSG and Maycare in their respective markets while maintaining a unified backend system.
A tiered approach, low-cost zip pouches for MSG, high-end glass jars for Maycare ensured each brand reached its audience effectively while scaling with business growth.
Crafted to handle two voices under one roof, educational and efficient for MSG, experiential and visual for Maycare, with seamless navigation and mobile readiness.
A content engine tailored to dual needs, credibility-driven for MSG, beauty-led for Maycare, enabled targeted marketing across all channels.
